Puding Caramel NYUM NYUM

Bahan-bahan:

1 tin susu cair
1/2 tin susu pekat
5 biji telur
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 cawan gula pasir utk wat gula hangus

Cara-caranya:

1.masukkan gula pasir ke dlm periuk. Kacau sehingga perang dan jangan lupa utk sediakan sedikit air unuk      dimasukkan ke dalam gula ini. Hati-hati supaya tidak hangus kerana ia akan menyebabkan pahit.
   Apabila sudah siap, masukkan ke dalam loyang.
2.Pecahkan telur dan masukkan ke dalam bekas lain. Kacau sehingga rata(tak perlu pukul dengan kuat)
3. Masukkan susu cair dan susu pekat. Jangan lupa masukkan esen vanilla.
4.Kacau sehingga rata.
5.Masukkan adunan ini ke dalam loyang yang telah diletakkan gula hangus tadi dan kukus selama setengah      jam
6.Setelah siap dikukus, biarkan sejuk terlebih dahulu sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang supaya puding tidak       hancur.
