Epok-epok

Bahan-bahannya:-

5 tangkai kacang panjang
300 gram sengkuang
5 biji bawang besar
1/4 cawan udang kering
3 sudu besar rempah kari daging
3 ulas bawang putih
Sedikit garam dan gula

(Untuk menumis)
1 inci halia
3 ulas bawang putih
 

Untuk kulitnya:-

600 gram tepung gandum
2 biji telur
4 sudu besar majerin.
(Digaul dan dijadikan doh)

Cara-caranya:-

  • Potong kecil-kecil panjang, bawang besar, sengkuang.
  • Tumiskan bawang dan halia, masukkan rempah kari , udang kering yang ditumbuk halus dan masukkan bahan yang telah dipotong tadi. Masak sehingga sedikit lembut, jangan lupa masukkan sedikit garam dan gula.
  • Doh yang telah diuli tadi dibentukkan  berbentuk segitiga dan letakkan intinya, lipat semula, buat hingga habis dan bolehlah digoreng sehingga kuning keemasan.
