Rendang Ketam



                                                         Bahan-bahannya:-

4 ekor ketam saiz besar                            
 20 tangkai cili kering
5 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
Seinci halia
2 batang serai
(Semua bahan di atas di kisar)
2 helai daun kunyit dihiris halus
2 sudu besar kerisek
300 ml santan kelapa
Secubit serbuk kunyit
Garam secukup rasa


Cara-caranya:-

Potong ketam dan di bersihkan, panaskan kuali dan masukkan ketam serta bahan yang telah dikisar. Masukkan sekali kerisek dan santan. Apabila sudah separuh kering santannya, masukkan daun kunyit tadi, kacau rata, masukkan serbuk kunyit dan garam serta  biarkan rendang masak sehingga kering, atau bagi yang suka berkuah tidak perlu dimasak sampai kering.
